HS543 is a Hall effect sensor switch circuit designed and produced based on bipolar semiconductor technology. The device integrates a Hall effect chip, a voltage regulator, a reverse voltage protector, a signal amplification processing circuit, a Schmitt trigger, a special trigger, and an open collector output driver transistor.
The internal compensation characteristics of HS543 make its sensitivity slightly increase with temperature, which is particularly suitable for matching with commonly used low-cost magnetic steel. The enhanced output drive circuit can drive a larger current and reduce the internal power consumption of the device.
HS543 can withstand 60V high voltage shock. The above characteristics greatly improve the reliability of the device, which is very suitable for use as a solid-state electronic switch in products such as automobiles, industrial appliances and home appliances.
HS543 is a SOT-89 chip package. DH43F is a TO-92S plug-in package of the same circuit, and both packages meet RoSH environmental protection standards.
When the S pole is close to the device marking surface and when the magnetic induction intensity B applied to the Hall effect chip exceeds the operating point (BOP) (i.e. B>BOP>0), the output is turned on and the output becomes low. When the magnetic induction intensity decreases below the release point (BRP, i.e. 0), the N-pole magnetic field approaching the device marking surface cannot trigger the chip to work, while the N-pole magnetic field can approach the device from the opposite side of the marking surface to trigger the device to turn on.
