HS627 omnipolar micropower Hall switch

HS627 is a Hall switch sensing device withlow power consumption,high sensitivity, full polarity, and latch output, whichcan directly replace traditional magnetic reed switches. Especially suitable for portable electronic products powered bybatteries, such as mobile phones,cordless phones,laptops, PDAs,etc.HS627 has magnetic field discrimination polarity, which means it canbe activated as long as the north or south pole of the magnetic field is close. After the magnetic field is removed, the output willbe turned off. Unlike other general Hall sensing devices, it does not require a specific South or North Pole to operate, reducing the difficulty of identifying magnetic poles during assembly. The internalcircuit of HS627 includes Hall wafers, voltage stabilization modules, signal amplification and processing modules, dynamic offset elimination modules,latch modules, and CMOS output stages. Due to the advanced Bi CMOS technology used in HS627, the overall optimized circuit structure results in extremelylow input error feedback for the product. The product adopts dynamic misalignment elimination technology, whichcan eliminate misalignment voltage caused by packaging stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradient, and improve device consistency. At the same time, the product adopts a highly miniaturized packaging process, which makes the product more highly performance and market advantage.HS627 offers two packaging options: TSOT23-3 and TO-92S, with aworking temperature range of -40~150 .
